Overall, entrepreneurship in Abkhazia is an interesting area where opportunities for development and success can be found, but it requires a willingness to solve difficulties and overcome challenges. Efforts should be made to develop tourism, agriculture and other potential industries, as well as to support entrepreneurs through financing, training and infrastructure improvements. The norms of «Apsuara» affect entrepreneurial activity, enshrining the basic principles and values that help entrepreneurs successfully do business in Abkhazia. The development of entrepreneurship in Abkhazia requires support from the state, the creation of a favorable business climate and the development of effective mechanisms to support entrepreneurs. Only in this way can we ensure the sustainable development of the economy of Abkhazia and improve the lives of its citizens.

Entrepreneurship in the context of the Abkhaz economy is a key factor in the development and prosperity of the region. Taking into account the peculiarities of the region, Abkhazian entrepreneurs continue to show perseverance and find new opportunities for business development. This contributes to the creation of jobs, the involvement of young people and the activation of small and medium-sized businesses, attracting investment and the formation of a strong economic base capable of ensuring the prosperity of the region in the long term. Entrepreneurship stimulates economic growth, increases tax revenues, and promotes a variety of products and services. In the context of the Abkhaz economy, entrepreneurship has its own characteristics. [8]
Leading criteria play a decisive role in the characterization of educational institutions, including those in the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia, which is a significant factor in the introduction of innovative aspects in the relevant environment and consideration of familiar facts through the prism of modernity. [4]
Firstly, this is due to limited access to financial resources. Lack of credit facilities and an unfavourable investment environment can pose significant barriers to business development. However, despite all this, Abkhaz entrepreneurs are persevering and finding creative ways to attract financing, using their own savings or attracting investors with foreign capital.
Secondly, entrepreneurship in Abkhazia can benefit from the existence of the tourism sector. Rich natural resources, beaches and historical sites attract tourists from all over the world. This creates a huge potential for the development of the hotel business, restaurant service and retail.
It is also important to note that Abkhazian entrepreneurship actively takes into account the tasks of environmental sustainability and social responsibility. The desire to preserve the environment and participate in social programs allows entrepreneurs to build long-term relationships with customers and the community, which in turn strengthens their position in the market. [7]
Due to the fact that Abkhazia is not recognized by all countries of the world as an independent state, entrepreneurs have to limit themselves to the domestic market and look for export opportunities. This can be challenging, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, which often lack the resources and expertise to successfully master international businesses.
The main areas of entrepreneurial activity in Abkhazia are: tourism and hotel business, agriculture, production and processing of fruit and berry products, fishing, construction and real estate, trade and retail, information technology and Internet business. [5]
Various norms and rules governing business processes determine the conditions for its success or failure. In this context, the study of the impact of the Apsuara norms on entrepreneurial activity in Abkhazia is of particular interest. The norms of «Apsuara» are the traditional law of the Abkhaz people and play an important role in the formation of the socio-economic environment in the country. These norms regulate not only the behavior of members of society, but also the conditions for participation in the entrepreneurial sphere. [2]
Firstly, the norms of «Apsuar» stipulate special requirements and rules for doing business. The clan system that exists in Abkhazia can influence the choice of partners and customers, as well as opportunities for the development of entrepreneurial activity. Making business contacts and creating partnerships is often limited to belonging to a certain family, which can both promote and hinder the development of business.
Secondly, the norms of «Apsuara» also affect the formation of relations between entrepreneurs and government agencies. Family ties and interactions with clan members often play a key role in establishing ties with authorities and obtaining the necessary permits and licenses. However, these ties can also create problems in the event of a conflict of interest or a change in power structures.
Thirdly, the norms of «Apsuara» are reflected in the formation of an entrepreneurial culture in Abkhazia. These norms affect not only business relations, but also business ethics, interaction with employees and the internal organization of enterprises. The importance of family and close people is emphasized, which can lead to mismanagement and problems in corporate culture. [1]
At present, it is necessary to transform all spheres of social organization, to revise the existing foundations of the Abkhaz people with a view to further progressive development. [3, с.226]
Thus, the norms of «Apsuara» have a significant impact on entrepreneurial activity in Abkhazia. They determine the conditions for doing business, form relations with government agencies and influence the entrepreneurial culture in the region. Understanding and taking into account these norms is an important component of successful entrepreneurship in Abkhazia, and can also serve as a basis for starting and running a business, which is a positive factor.
